Im in the process of building my home theater, and wanted to use all Emotiva products. The problem is the speakers. I was wondering if y’all think they will ever do and inwall line of speakers based off the T1 & T2. I have some ideas on what I would like to see but it probably won’t happen. For the mains I would like to see for T1 and T2: (2)8” or and 6 1/2”woofers, (2)6 1/2” and or 5 1/2” midrange, and a folded ribbon tweeter. Surrounds would be similar but just smaller of course. Can’t forget about in ceiling. Would like to see an 8” with a folded ribbon tweeter or a regular tweeter and a 6 1/2” version. Just an idea.

Emotiva used to sell both in-wall and in-ceiling speakers with the similar components to what you're suggesting. They discontinued those lines quite awhile ago. There is hope among many of us here that they will release a new line soon, especially in-ceiling speakers for Atmos implementation. There's been so much resource going into the new processors, amps and other products that it seems this has been back-burnered. Emo certainly has the capability and we hope this series will rise to the top of the priority list soon.

In your first post you say you would like to see them make a new line of inwall speakers and in the next post you would rather they not, seems very conflicting this thread here haha

I was speaking on the other post. If it came down to them focusing on speakers or the processor, I’d rather they focus on the processor. I was thinking they had a development team for speakers, a team for amp, and a team processors. I guess everyone work together I’m not sure. He brought up maybe they are trying to get the processor out, that speakers are not a concern right now.

Yeah I have looked at a lot of in wall speakers. Keg, def tech, paradigm, triad, b&w, Martin Logan and so on. Like other companies products they seem to be overpriced vs performance. Also I would like to have all Emotiva. Petty... I know
