My Win 7 x64 laptop seems to have forgotten how to talk to this device. It shows as the correct device, but the green bars do not show a signal, while the laptop's Realtek HD Audio Mic input is showing signal that is obviously being picked up by the mic I have attached to the USB adapter.
Where can I get drivers? Sorry if this is a Dumb Question; move it there if it is.

Out of curiosity, what is a USB to XLR adapter? Are you talking about a balanced USB DAC or a USB to AES transport?

A little context here would be nice....
However, at a guess, he might be talking about the digitizer cable that goes with the calibrated microphone on the XMC-1. The microphone is a standard analog condenser microphone, with an XLR connector on its rear end. The digitizer cable has an XLR connector on one end for the microphone and a USB connector for the computer on the other. (There is an analog-to-digital converter inside the oversized connector at the computer end.)
As it so happens, that one uses a C-Media chip.... And, as it so happens, Windows should find the drivers automatically - so we have no drivers to download or install.
