What Emotiva power amp might fit?
I'm building a pair of open baffle speakers, each with a dual 15" Eminence Alpha, and a 8" full range cone driver.
estimated SPL should be around 93db/w.
I'm curious to know what kind of damping factor emotiva's have? Given a OB design, I'm assuming I need an amp that can control these speakers with significant authority.
Thanks Anoop

Use any amp you like, you'll be fine. The Alpha has a high enough Q that you should be OK down to around 80Hz depending on your baffle size.

For some time most all Emotiva power amps offer: a damping factor >500 Take a look at the Emotiva Product Page: specs and downloads OB guru Siegfried Linkwitz has recommended them for years

I don't know what is available but will maintain that the DF of the amp is dependent in some regard on the Qts or simply 'Q' of the driver in question. A driver which is VERY highly internally damped simply doesn't need the external energy sink of a high DF amp. Lower DF tubes will do, fine.
That being said, Linkwitz knows his stuff AND his product. If you can find those drivers Ala Carte? SS it is, and with a 'real' DF (wire, speaker resistivity and all the rest) of >50 or so, you'll be golden. The speaker connected directly TO the amp is potentially a HUGE advantage in this regard.
IIRC? Linkwitz also uses MiniDSP for his systems. That may have changed. I'm certainly not current.
