have new lenovo ideapad330s running windows 10 pro. Not recognizing big ego. Tried installing drivers (with & w/o sig recognition) still won't recognize ego. Works fine when plugged into hp envy running same version of windows. Have call into Keith. But any help in the meantime would be appreciated.

Which Windows 10 Pro do you have? According to Keith, "The EGO DACS need drivers for ALL WINDOWS VERSIONS BEFORE WINDOWS 10 CREATORS EDITIONS" If your W10 Pro has the creators edition update (which it should if it's up to date), you should be able to use Windows' UAC2 driver. That's what I do.

That's what I do. Mark Thank You. Working with Keith, we discovered one usb port wouldn't recognize it but the other did :(not supposed to be like that but who knows). Then my HP would auto switch to whatever was plugged in but the the lenovo you have to manually switch the input. Oh well problem solved. |
