Connecting AirMotiv T2 pair to UMC-1

Hello,

I am confused.  I have a UMC-1 which I love and do not want to replace.  I just bought the AirMotiv T2 pair.  The speakers have banana plugs and the UMC-1 only accepts RCA.  So I thought I just needed an adapter.  Well the adapters have 2 bananas on one end and a single rca on the other end.  Don't I need a speaker cable with 2 bananas (red and white) one end and 2 rcas (red and white) on the other?  Can someone explain how I need to connect to the UMC-1?

That's what I thought. I have a soundbar connected to the UMC-1 and it works fine but I guess non-powered speakers are another issue.
