I need to replace the center channel in my 7.1 system. The current speaker is wall-mounted directly below my TV. Is there any useful way to wall-mount the C2? Or do the rear ports make that a bad idea?
Failing that, can someone suggest a sturdy speaker stand for this unit? All of the pictures I've seen of the C2 show it on a shelf or table, but that just isn't an option in my current set-up.
Advice?

It's all steel and about as sturdy as they come. You can find it HERE.

Nice. Did you bolt the speaker to the stand, or simply rest it on the shelf?

I second doc1963 suggestion, I use the Sanus SF26b for my Airmotiv 6s, I also filled the pillars with sandblasting sand adding extra weight to the stand for better isolation and sturdiness. Chad

Nice. Did you bolt the speaker to the stand, or simply rest it on the shelf? No bolts required unless there’s a risk of it getting knocked around. My C2 sits directly on the rubber buttons attached to the top plate of the stand. The C2 is fairly heavy, so it stays in place if it isn’t forcefully disturbed. There’s also two adjustable height rubber capped bolts that can be used on the front of the top plate to adjust the pitch of the speaker. Hope this helps...
