My wife and I think the appearance of an audio/home theater product is as important as how it performs. She is really happy with all of our equipment because it fits in with the room decor perfectly as well as being very stylish.
She arrived home from Japan this morning and saw the ERC-1 for the first time. Her exact words (in perfect Engrish) and I quote were:
Cool! ..... Wow! ..... That really looks cool!
I thought it might be a cool idea to have a thread just for owner's photos. Anyone searching the Emo Lounge for info and on the ERC-1 would be able to scan thru the photos in this thread, The Emotiva ERC-1 Owner's Photo Album.
Please post your photo(s) here and include a very brief comment if you desire. If we can post just photos then we will have a nice collection for interested folks to view. All the photos from other threads can have a copy here for all to see at one time. Hope you all think this is a good idea.
Don't worry about how professional they look. Close-ups or how the ERC-1 looks in your rack or your room will be great. I will post two of mine and also one from Vincedog3 to get this started. Hope Vincedog3 doesn't mind that I borrowed his photo. I hope he considers it a compliment.
I never try to control the posts in a thread of mine but think you'll understand my suggestion that we try to keep it to photos only or very brief comments so viewers can see as many photos without going thru too many pages. If anyone needs instructions on how to post photos to this thread just PM me and I'll return detailed instructions how to do it. I suggest we try to size our photos at approximately 640 x 480 so they are all reasonably close in size. I can also transfer for you an ERM-1 photo of yours from a different thread if you wish, just send me a PM. You can also e-mail me a photo and I'll take care of the rest and post it. Make sure it is in VGA (e-mail size) before you send it.
Don't be shy. Get your photos here ASAP!
