This is how all headphones should made today. Nothing worst than using adapters that are loose or lose contact when you move- screw on 1/4 plug
Not many of us set close to our preamp HP jack to just use headphones without adding an extension cord.
That needs a remedy.- something that clamps the male/female connection to keep it tight, so it doesn't move.
