I take it since you are referring to "Customs" that you are not in the United States? I would suggest you give Emotiva Customer Service a call. If you want definitive then calling them is the only way.

We just wanted to update you on the status of your order and the ongoing delivery delay. As you know, our shipment was stuck in customs at the delivery port. We know our shipment was cleared for release as there were no issues to pursue. That happened before Christmas. Unfortunately, we are still waiting on the actual physical release. Our point of contact person, a government employee who was working on our release, is unfortunately unavailable at the moment because of the U.S. government shutdown. Our shipment can and likely will be released despite the government shutdown, and we hope to have good news soon. Honestly, we've never had this happen before, and we sincerely apologize for the delay. As a result of this experience, we are making some changes to the way we import our next shipments via different ports of entry and companies. We are so sorry for this bit of bad luck. Sincerely, Dan and Cathy Laufman" Now "I" ordered a DR-2 on the 31st. They are built here and know that they take 10-14 business days to produce. The BasX amps are produced overseas and do need to come through the port and are subject to US Customs. Most of the BasX amps are listed as not shipping until the end of January. I do agree that calling is the fastest way of getting a good answer...

I'm going to guess only those with orders outstanding are getting that e-mail, if not it must've gone into my spam folder(though usually their e-mails filter to my Inbox) and got deleted.

Now "I" ordered a DR-2 on the 31st. They are built here and know that they take 10-14 business days to produce. Assembled here. The blades and other parts all come from there so let's hope for your sake they have the parts to assemble yours and they aren't waiting on that shipment to clear for blades or whatnot.

Thank you for your order! We do not have a shipping date, yet.
