I am looking for a cheap way to replace this My HD600's right ear phone holder arm has broken. Specifically the front right arm. It's been held together by string and superglue and some rigging. But I want a replacement for that part. en-us.sennheiser.com/headband-hd-650Here's a better idea Those little curly prongs that hold the right earphone. One of the prongs has broken right near where the prong joins the uniting assembly sort of like a wishbone break. The entire headband + holder arm assembly price is pretty high. Are there any other options?

Are the arms from any cheaper Sennheiser phones compatible? If so, buy a set off eBay and just swap the headbands.

If just the prong that fits into the ear piece is broken, you could remake/mold it using JB Weld or an epoxy resin. I would think ether would hold.

What Autiger says or buy another assembly.

I was tempted to buy a pair of 600 last night on MassDrop. $199 seemed like a good deal but I barely use the dozen headphones I already have.
