Hi!
I had two old friends over for a little audio review of my system. First I let them listen to some stereo audio CD and network through XSP-1 gen 2 and my XPA-11 gen 3. Then after a while they wanted to hear my Atmos/DTS:X setup. I started upp everything and started to play Bladerunner 2049.. No audio through center speaker. I was stunned. Just the other day I watched a film without a problem. After a lengthy control of cabling, testing AVR center signal to another speaker and testing the center speaker from another channel, I’m certain that it’s the XPA-11 center module that’s not working. The amp is showing green light at the front panel just no sound out.
I quite recently upgraded my XPA-3 gen3 to a XPA-11 gen3 (new amp). But I have had this amp running in this setup for several months without a problem. No cabling was disconnected or anything, it just stopped working. I’m guessing this has to be sent in for repair or replacement of the module? Or is there anything I can do to check or fix this?
I’m from Sweden so in that case I’ll contact Hembiobutiken where I bought it..

For two days I got no sound from the center channel. On sunday I started my system to check the rest of the channels before I sent it in. To my surprise now the center channel worked just fine. I hadn’t touched any cables during these two days other than the first cable checks on friday. Now it has worked fine 4 days in a row.. I’m holding the return for a while. Really strange!

No.. I’m using Pioneer SC-LX801 as a prepro, FL & FR connected to XSP-1 which then uses balanced connection to XPA-11. The rest of the channels are connected with RCA’s from pre out directly to XPA-11. What I tried to do this time was to demo a 4k movie. Using Oppo UDP-203.
Why I’m certain it was the fault of XPA-11 rather than my Pioneer is that when I tried center pre out to another amp channel I got the center sound through that speaker. I have no xbox or playstation in my home theater room.
