Any chance to create an option in Emotiva's processors to output video and center channel audio via HDMI monitor out, so that the TV speakers plays the center channel?

Not likely.... because it usually wouldn't make sense to do it that way. The main reason is simply that the speakers in TVs are usually pretty bad... and, even beyond that, they wouldn't be at all a good match for your other front speakers.
So, if you have good left and right front speakers, and don't want to add a separate center speaker, you're probably better off with a "phantom center" than using the TV speaker as a center.
(It would also be annoyingly complicated to do it that way within the limits and restrictions of HDMI.)
