I have not heard the Dominion line of JL subs, but I did compare the SVS line against the JL Fathom series. I apologize but I do not remember which SVS model. I just remember pricing was slightly under that of the JL F110. I ultimately chose the JL based on both performance and size. The JL was tighter against the SVS and it came in a much smaller package. I know SVS is quite popular and they do make a nice product, but I was trying to get a sub to blend with my Maggies and the JL was a much better match. Plus, I like that it was less intrusive size-wise. This is also the first sub I have used with Maggies that I use when listening to music. Previous subs were just for theater.

Have you thought about Velodyne? Right model a great match IMHO better than SVS. Bill |

SVS - SB2000

The Rel came in and calibrated it yesterday and it's filling in very well. The SVS arrives Monday.
