I noticed that these speakers are now on closeout. Does anybody know what will replace these speakers? I am considering purchasing a pair of T2's, C2, 2 pair of E2's and a 12 inch sub. But if something better is coming I might hold off.

But if something better is coming I might hold off. yes they are replacing with the T1z, T2z and C2z. these are updates of the existing speakers with subtle changes to the crossover and some cosmetic changes. visually, the notch in the middle of the speaker is gone. Lonnie and dan told me that the cosmetic changes were for better wife appeal and the xover changes were for a smoother high end. they had a glossy brochure at the axpona conference with pics and specs of the new speakers. tchaik....... |

Hi,
Do we have any concrete date for C2z release?
I had paid a seller here in India for C2, on June 5th and was waiting for the delivery.
After multiple commitments on the delivery date, I was informed that the C2 is now closed out .
I have to wait for the newer C2z now. However there is no proper date/price given by seller and emotiva sales.
Does anyone has any leads on when we can expect the new model and price?

Finally the c2+ is listed on emotiva US website.
Waiting for Indian dealer to give their price.

I purchased 4 E2 that I intend to use a surround sound with the eventual aim of going to a 7.1.4 system. How high should I mount these speakers on the wall?

The E1 are designed to be mounted near your ears height, not very much higher, maybe a feet and half more is the maximum. For the Atmos height wall mounted near the ceiling you might buy the A1 who have been designed for this purpose. |
