Just bought 2 working units on Ebay. 1 unit never powered on. Can anyone point me to a shop in Orange County that could help me fix it?

It was insured so that should cover the cost of repair. Just need to find a repair shop to help me out.

I suspect you may have the same problem I had with 2 XPR-2 amps. The power button has corroded contacts and needs to be replaced. You may be able to verify this by holding the button in and rocking it back and forth in an effort to break through the corrosion. If that's your problem the fix is easy. I had to replace every switch on the units.
