Hello,
I am looking for the input impedance specs of the pt100 preamp. I can't seem to find it on the user manual or on the product's web page. Does anyone have the info?

Do you hae a device with a particularly HIGH output impedance where a very low input would be needed to ensure electrical compatibility?
Most SS equipment is pretty low in output impedance so anything over 10k input should get to you 10:1 which is a good place.
Tube can have higher output impedance, so if that's the case? Write Keith who may have the information you seek.

I assume you're talking about the line level inputs. The input impedance on the line level inputs on the PT-100 is somewhere between 12k and 14k Ohms.
The phono input impedance - in MM - is the standard 47 kOhms. The phono input impedance - in MC - is around 100 Ohms.

Great information. And tells me that vanishingly FEW SS pieces will have any problems with this load. Even 2k output impedance will be a minimum of 6:1 which is still within reason. You'll need a freuqency where one is very high and the other very low to make it worse. This CAN happen, since the impedance Keith quotes will vary as a function of frequency. The quoted 12k to 14k should satisfy. Not good would be a tube preamp with some high output impednace, like 5k or some such.
