Well gang as usual the search bar brought me no results. Not sure why but it never seems to work for me. I’m looking for discussions on how to create custom Dirac curves/targets. Specifically how to create a .txt file for it. I’m not very knowledgeable in computers but can follow directions if there are some. I’m using a Mac. I can of course set the curves manually but they aren’t as accurate. I’ve looked through ansat Dirac post as well but didn’t see anything. If their isn’t an open discussion perhaps we could start one.

For what it's worth, after spending months creating custom curves, I tied the Dirac targets again. They were a lot better than what I came up with myself.

It didn’t really tell you how to create the origina .txt file just how to edit one. Ive been trying to find if there is a file for Dirac saved on my computer but no luck. I was assuming I had to create it from scratch but I don’t know

Ok I found it, I’m using a Mac so I’m not sure if the search location is the same as what you’ve posted. Confusingly I named the saved Dirac file Hartman curve but found it under Austin :/ So if I’m understanding does one use the sliders to create the curve they want as closely as possible. Then save that file and go in and edit it the breakpoints “to taste” ? By hand the sliders weren’t accurate, I would hit like 70.8 hi instead of 70 but the program actually rounded everything to even numbers

Thanks for the info guys I have a good base to start from
