So....finally got around to hooking up the PA-1 amps I bought a few months ago.....they go to my XSP-1 via balanced cables. I'm running an ERC 3 balanced to the XSP-1, As I was listening to a CD play, I was wondering if it was possible to select the digital input on my DC-1 ( that's where the ERC 3 was originally hooked up to ) at the same time .....I didn't have the stones to actually hit the button and try it. Would it work, sound thru the XSP-1 to ERT 8.3's and sound via digital thru the DC-1 to the 6's......inquiring minds want to know. Thanks.

Scotty On a similar vein, I run the optical out from my XMC-1 over a long TOSLink cable to the DC-1 in my loft. So when I’m working upstairs I can select the optical in and duplicate anything playing on the main system, on my desktop AM5S’.
