Fair enough.
I actually use two different arc slots on my system. One corrected automatically and only to 5khz for movies. Then I use another corrected upto 20khz for music and I roll the top end down a couple of dB. It is a VERY audible difference and suits my preference, it's actually pretty similar to what audyssey uses as their target curve.

Check the drivers after you receive them.
Some were a full turn loose, using 3 fingers torque

Airmotiv T2+ ordered Figured why not go Plus., no tax or shipping I think you will like these, I do. right now I am using them in stereo instead of my main diy speakers (variation on the Jim holt statements design). there is a lot in the T2's to like. View Attachmentcaveat..... I have the T2's. not the T2+. speaking with lonnie, I understand the improvements are subtle, not earth shattering as the audio press likes to say. I bought both the T2s and the T1s this last winter and spring to try them out. when I get my RMC-1L they will end up being my side and back surrounds and my 'Jim holt' statements will end up being my fronts again. then I will have to figure out what to do with my xtra PT-100 and A-300. t  chaik........... |

What you describe is what I've experienced- highs on some music can be a little much. I'll do a 2 ch setup for target #2 & go from there. What I do really like is what it has done for the center channel. (mentioned that to DYohn too) As we all know, can't always trust postings on some A/V sites |

tchaik, After listening to the T2, was thinking the T0 would make nice surrounds big enough for a fuller sound than effects. I'm using two Silver 10i (2.5 way) centers for side surrounds which are a bit better than 2-way bookshelf.
I've never been satisfied with Silver 12i Center, C2 may be an option...hmm.
Need more time with T2 after run-in.
I have found with the two 8" woofers, I'm adjusting bass & treble more on some music.
