Hi all, has anyone ever added an amplifier to the tape loop, I have a receiver that can only play speakers A or B, not both, was thinking of adding a digital amp to the tape loop output so I can play both sets of speakers, one in the garage, the other in the backyard when I do gatherings...

As long as you have a way to control the volume, either on the amp or speakers, an amp on the the tape out should work fine, but it’s level is fixed.

As long as you have a way to control the volume, either on the amp or speakers, an amp on the the tape out should work fine, but it’s level is fixed. Yes, it would be an AudioSource, 50 watts per channel, it actually comes with volume and bass, trevel controls, just to have some type of ambience, back ground music, since the music in the garage will be loud, but the doors face to the front, behind the garage is the big backyard. ...
