So, the issue is from this combo for a near-field desktop system. When I first hooked everything up, after a few days the sound was unbalanced, with the lean towards the left channel. I attributed this to the right speaker being in a corner more than the left, though that doesn't really compute, as a corner usually enhances the sound, or at least the bass from a speaker. Anyway, after a couple of weeks I noticed that the sound was very balanced and sounded much better. That continued until this week, when the unbalanced sound re-appeared. Today, after I'd set the Balance on the pt-100 to one level added to the right, there was a slight, quick static sound and then the sound came back alive, much more vibrant and balanced. So, it seems to be something in the electronics.
Has anyone else had this issue and, if so, was there a way to correct it other than just waiting for it to fix itself?
