Sorry... It’s Thanksgiving weekend and I’m a little slaphappy (not trigger happy) after finally being done with all that cooking and all...it was good!
But seriously, to get to the bottom of this chain of command issue between the triggering and the other zones etc. I would defeat ALL the triggers, then start over with the main zone only, first until all kicks on and off as it should with a signal.
Sounds like you’ve got a redundancy issue somewhere in the chain.
A lot of guys just turn those amps on and leave em up for indefinite periods of time ( unless a storm comes up.) That’s perfectly fine with today’s state of the art power.

Even if you can't though it's not hurting the amps be on with no load on them. They are not drawing much more power sitting idle then they are when they are in standby mode. I don't think it would hurt the life of the amps in the slightest.
Either way there is nothing to worry about. Everything is doing what it should. The biggest worry in A/V is worrying about nothing important. You can determine where this falls. Your system will be fine if you do/do not intervene and turn things off or on manually. Or let the technology ahead manage it, I don't see any problems here. Wear and tear are negligible if any.
