Emotiva Prototype Ceiling Speakers (Cat is out of the bag)

I'm interested in the ceiling speakers that Emotiva recently announced. I'm looking for the 8" woofer with the directional Airmotiv tweeter if that will be in the lineup. Has anyone heard any additional information about specs, price and potential release dates?
