What he said. I buy a fair amount of niche product companies like Emotiva. Lot's of silly hobbies. I always call if there's a phone number available and have gotten pretty good results from any company I've had to call. When I see some one complain about the customer service of a company I've called and had success with, I ask if they called or emailed and nearly all of them are emails. Just call. I bet they got you. I'm going to be calling Monday or Tuesday. Just got my XMC1 a week ago and it's freezes up on me and the OLED stops working right. I've got some questions about setup, too.
