I have a refurbished XMC-1. Just bought it. Bought full Dirac Live. I run Dirac live with no problems. However, after the corrected curves are loaded, I get a low frequency "whomp" when I change inputs. Also a low frequency (but higher than the input whomp) when adjusting the volume. This does not occur when using preset 1 or 2. I have performed the calibration with two different mic and USB cables( I borrowed a friend's set up we both have the XMC-1).
With the input change it sounds like a relay changing positions and it generates a low frequency pop. The volume is a low frequency click.
My inputs are Directv Genie 2 HD, Roku Ultra and Oppo 205. My speakers are Strata Mini's made by AV123. It only seems to be coming out of the front and center speakers.
Any help would be appreciated.

Update: As I played with things a little I discovered that any command sent to the xmc causes a low frequency thump.Seems to be coming from the subs.
