I am planning my first audiophile system.
My room is 19 feet long x 13 feet wide x 10 feet high.
I will be sitting about 13 feet from the speakers.
I am considering the T0 or T1 speakers.
I am leaning toward the T1s but am concerned that they are to much for my room size.
Would the T0 be a better fit?

Well, I now have T2+'s in my 11x17 theater room and have no problem. I think 9 foot ceilings. Prior to this with my Vandersteen 3A signatures, also no problem, perhaps larger sound-stage - though the bass energy from my SVS PC12+ subwoofer is/was very much in need of taming either way. I'm currently running it with it's own Room Gain compensation. Haven't gotten room treatment yet, but on the list.
We sit about only 8 feet from the speakers.
I think going up from T0 to T1 to T2 there will "simply" be at bit more "authority" overall. I remember when I auditioned Vandersteens 20 years ago, listening to their 1's, 2's and 3's, that's the effect I heard, and had to have the whole enchilada. That low end really carries the sense of "reality". Sorry for all the in-quotes
With no subwoofer I'd say stretch to the T2's, but I don't know your budget or desires.

Not sure of your budget but right now Emotiva is offering 30% back in Emobucks so what you could do is buy either the T0, T1 or T2 speakers and the PT-100 and you will get Emobucks to then buy the BasX A-300 amp which IMO would be the best thing you could do money wise.
For example:
T0(399) + PT-100(299) = $698 and then 30% of that gives you $209.4 in Emobucks
or
T1(699) + PT-100(299) = $998 and then 30% of that gives you $299.40 in Emobucks
or
T2(999) + PT-100(299) - $1298 and then 30% of that gives you $389.40 in Emobucks
So total costs for those previous examples using the Emobucks from buying the speakers and preamp to use towards the A-300 amp as follows
T0 + PT-100 + A-300 = $887.60
T1 + PT-100 + A-300 = $1097.60
T2 + PT-100 + A-300 = $1307.60
For your size of room I would go at least T1, they will not be too big, I have three T1 behind my screen for LCR and my room is 18 x 11 and I sit about 10ft from the T1's
Cheers, Chad

I do not plan to purchase a sub. I agree with PercussionistaThe T0's and T1's are very good, but in that size room - I would consider a sub. I am no bass junkie at all, but in that size room - I'd consider a sub for most speakers. If you can't swing T2's, I would strongly consider T1's + a sub of at least modest output. Mark

No speakers out there are too big for a room your size, so you'll be fine. Buy the best speakers you can afford and ignore size.

Another option is the T1 and TA-100 for $1098 and use the Emobucks of $329.4 to buy a S8 sub, but IMO the T1, PT-100 and A-300 would be better to start with and add a sub if the OP wanted or needed at a later date, for music my T1 are very impressive in the bass department and I'm actually without subs right now and haven't been dying to build boxes for my two 18's I have here Chad
