So......picked up a new PT-100 to use in the garage....opened the box, and was excited. Had a buddy of mine come over ( social distancing in effect ) and found after unboxing it a fine scratch about 5 inches long on the top. The original shipping boxes were undamaged. It's a fine scratch....but c'mon Emo, who's doing your quality insp.? Obviously not a huge deal....but NEW is NEW. Needless to say I was a tad bit let down by this. My friend has bought some Emo gear based on my talking them up.....he'd never heard of them until I bragged on them. So....I'll send them an email come Monday with a few pictures. The Bluetooth module I bought had the plastic case cracked also, mostly likely handling from the shipping company....but it was kind of a drag. All said, I'm starting to wonder.....which is sad.

I said the same thing, their QC is horrible. They just gave me $30 credit for giving them a bad review lol. Which it probably won’t be posted. I ordered 2 sets of Airmotiv B1+, one box came double box and soft black cloths covering the speakers and the other box was shipped in a single box with no cloths. Emotiva needs to get better QC personal

I’ve never had an issue with anything arriving less than mint. If there is an issue, you need to call them so they at least know, or make it right.
