Hi everyone. I am upgrading my current HT system: Polk TSi Series from 2014. I'm looking at the T zero and T1+, with C1+ CC. How does the T zero perform in large rooms? I might be moving soon, which could be a large open floor plan. Maybe +600 sq feet for the living room/kitchen/dinning room. The reviews on the T Zero are favorable. But, speakers seem on the small side. HT system will be used 95% for TV/Movies and 5% Music.
Thanks!

T zeroes are marvelous, Subwoofer mandatory regardless of size of room. T1 is more of a good thing going a bit deeper. Don't forget the T2 if you can stretch it. You'll be glad you did. Much more swagger in the bass, and a speaker that can sing well alone or with a Subwoofer or 2. Emotiva's most complete speaker to date. T1 and T0 are just a bit smaller in the bottom end, but still in their element, great performers none the less.

Hey mchief117,
What will be powering the speakers, I own the T1 towers and for me they like to have good power when wanting to get heavy on the volume dial, I say the T1 for sure but I haven't heard the other two models but the T1 that I have are no slouch, I say if you can afford the T1 over the T0 then go for it.
Cheers, Chad

Which TSi speakers do you have? If you have the 300 or higher, it might make more sense to upgrade the sub first. PSW10 isn't going to give you HT type bass with any of these speakers. The Airmotiv S15 is on sale for a mind-numbingly good price.

Hi so frankly since you plan on moving to a large room, I really think your best option is to save and go for the T2. Just wait a bit and it will be quite worth it. Having said that, the entire airmotiv/pro line has been nothing short of outstanding imo. The S15 sub is also a heck of a beast. I've heard two of them with the T2's and they sound fabulous.

I have the money for the T2, just want to spend my money on other items in life. I hear people lots of people have 2 subs. I dont have an interest in buying 2 subs. Even though I have a low end sub, it produces decent bass. I will upgrade at some point. My main concern is the CC, and I like to match the CC with the main l/r speakers. thanks for the feedback guys!
