Emotiva did a good job getting my amp shipped on Thursday. UPS picked it up and did a good job getting it to the Hodgkins Hub in Chicagoland, which only took one day - so it arrived at mid-day Friday. Delivery was supposed to be today, Saturday, but instead it's still sitting at Arrival Scan since Friday.
It's still showing "In Transit", and no other update.
So now what?
As I'm writing this there's a UPS truck parked in front of my house but delivering across the street. So the problem has got to be at the sorting hub in Hodgkins, right?

Can you contact the location where the package is, or it's supposed to be? Maybe. Yes it's possible, but from what I've read that place is not running smoothly this week. One post I read from 4 days ago said that they were standing in a long line waiting to pickup when at 11:30am they were told the place was closing. Apparently 4 people never showed up to work.

I had a (non-Emotiva) UPS delivery due on Friday. Friday morning tracking said it was the local hub, then it was out for delivery . . . it never arrived. As of Saturday morning it said "In Transit," again at the local hub, with no delivery date. I called, they have no live support, so I emailed.

Maybe try being patient and stop clicking the tracking page refresh button There are lots of delays from the pandemic.

I have no problem with that, it's just my package should indicate it is scheduled for delivery on Monday, after spending the day on the truck on Friday; I have NO prospective date for delivery.

I usually treat the tracking system as best effort. It's usually pretty good, but not always. I've had items delivered that still show as out of state. I've also seen a lack of status updates for days, then all of the sudden it all comes through. It's a blessing and a curse...really nice to see the progress, but then we freak over glitches.
Even if there really is an issue, there's probably not much you can do about it now. IME, UPS isn't going to do anything for you until your delivery day has passed. That delivery day can be pretty wide ranging for standard ground as they prioritize the higher priced overnight/2-day/3-day shipments. I wouldn't be surprised if they tacked on some extra disclaimers for COVID.

My package arrived at the hub at 12:41pm Friday. Usually packages are at that particular hub for less than 12 hours before going 30 miles to the distribution point and getting loaded onto the delivery truck, in other words, there's a normal progression. There's been no movement since two days ago. It took 17 hours to travel 490 miles. IF delivered tomorrow, it will have then taken 3+ days to travel the last 37 miles to my house.

Also remember current times have changed most everything, where I work we are short staffed causing longer wait times for repairs and installs, there is only so much the currently depleted work force can do. At 12:04am Sunday the delivery was rescheduled for Monday. Sometime before 5:30am Monday the delivery was rescheduled for Tuesday. The tracking hasn't changed since Friday's arrival to the hub. There is no Live Support currently available, "you may hang up now". Confidence = Shaky

The new amp finally arrived today!
After sitting for 3.6 days it finally started moving. The trip only took 45 minutes to go from Hodgkins to Northbrook, which is even closer to my house than the usual distribution point when things pass through Hodgkins.
