I am very disappointed in UPS today. My RMC and XPA-7 were out for delivery today. I waited all day for it and at 8:46 pm I saw the truck fly passed the house. I went outside and the brown truck was parked 5 houses down the street with the flashers on. Then I received emails saying it was delivered and Murphy’s law i thought of the worst scenario that it was delivered to the wrong house. Then I got emails saying that they missed me and will a attempt to deliver on Monday. The driver was probably running late but tricked the system to make it my fault. I will now probably take the day off work Monday so I can be here to sign. Bummer.

UPS may lie about your packages, but according to Boomzilla FedEx EATS your packages! So I think of the two, you’re better off 🙂

Try to stay cool.....because there isn’t a damm thing you can do about it until the stuff gets there. WHEN it does........make sure the condition of the outer box meets YOUR approval and don’t accept delivery if it doesn’t. UPS can’t argue with you over the condition of the container. BILL

There is no accountability for anything anymore...They just don't care. Because they are the only game in town....

Well let me explain the rest of the story. I went to work and I planned to leave after my 1030 meeting but it ran late until 1050. I got in the car to head home about a 20 minute drive where I check my phone and I had texts from ADT. It turned out that I doorbell activity and yes it was the UPS guys trying to deliver at 1048 and of course I missed it this time my fault. I called the UPS customer service number because I couldn’t find a complaint section in the website for the earlier ordeal and I had to wait until they re-opened on Monday. Spoke to a rep and explained the situation and she said that they were going to make it right and dispatch was going to call me in 30 minutes. Well I never got the call so I went to work virtual from the basement this time. I then got another alert that someone was at the door around 1:130m I went up and opened the door and I see the RMC and XPA-7 just chilling in the doorstep and no UPS guy in sight. Well they made it right and I guess the signature was not important. I will unbox tonight and fire up the system.
