You have to think that the distributor model overseas was tough for Emotiva. They already have to sell the items at a big discount to MSRP for the distributor can make a decent profit on them, plus the cost for shipping items across the globe etc. I would think cash flow wise it make make sense just to direct sell across the globe. It would be a loss of gross revenue, but each item would be at a much better margin. Just my guess though.

I prefer buying direct, better price and fast shipping makes for a pleasant experience. I’ve been buying from Emotiva since 2009.
