I'm putting my toes back in the vinyl waters. Price of LPs is too hot for me, so (as someone stated) I'll listen to my CD's as I wash my records. lol, great comment and true. Looking like a new XPS-1 or ART USB Phono Plus preamp needed for XMC, Fluance PA-10 was out of stock. Playing through an old stereo amp PMA2000. Fluance to Denon to T2+ Sounds good so far. Fluance RT82 in walnut  |

My record playing days are over and I was getting ready to dump everything. Suddenly, I found myself having a conversation with one of my young friends who has that vinyl bug. That’s when I realized I could salvage something from my doomed turntable and breath new life into his. So I pulled my cartridge shell head from my AR turntable (yes I did toss it) and gave him my Stanton 681EEES (Shibata). Here’s a picture he sent me of the transplant into his Denon! Next mission is to distribute the records to the needle needy!  |

Yeah I want to see how Novisnick does a Turntable. Or would it be two since he IS the Monoblock King after all. One turntable per channel.

Based on some recommendations here on the lounge, I pulled the trigger on my first turntable! Went with a U-Turn Orbit Custom in Red, and upgraded to the Ortofon 2M Red cartridge. Can't wait to receive as I'm just getting into vinyl. Any recommendations on websites to purchase records? thanks link |

Blue Note pressings on 180 gram vinyl from analog masters only about $35 each. Have never been adulterated by digital processing.
