As I get the updates done to the theater and waiting for new HDMI cables, I’m starting to think about what UHD 4K discs would be great to test it out. What are your favorite 4K Atmos UHD movies? Any with both superb picture and sound quality?

This should be a great thread. emotivalounge.proboards.com/thread/55303/best-quality-4k-movie-discsHas a lot of my thoughts on nice 4k discs - mainly for video quality. I don't have a surround system so I don't have any useful comments on that. But others have mentioned some. I also imagine any transformers movie would be outstanding in surround sound usage. Its 4k picture quality is also excellent. If you want demo worthy movies: Transformers 5 movie collection (plus bumblebee) Planet Earth Aquaman To a slightly lesser extent: 1917 (not so much for sound) Not sure if any of them are atmos though.

Once you have the Dirac Live 3.0 software up and running and have come to conclusions on what filter sets you'll be using for movies, I have found that the UHD blu-rays(below) with exceptional Dolby Atmos/DTS:X tracks are fantastic:
Alita: Battle Angel John Wick series Midway Lucy Star Trek series Fast & Furious 6,7,8 Star Wars VII/VIII/IX and Rogue One Harry Potter series(best DTS:X tracks IMO) Saving Private Ryan Top Gun(the video can only be cleaned up so much, but the Dolby Atmos track really shines on this one) Jurassic World 4K Collection(like Top Gun the video in the early movies can only be cleaned up so much, but Universal did a great job with re-mastering these for DTS:X) Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation & Fallout
