This one took some searching. I didn't know the words, just the tune and how the words punctuated the song. Finally I figured the main word might be "Foolin", and so it was.

This is one of those songs from the early 80’s, when music was first(really)taking hold of me, that just never faded away from memory. There will be days I’ll be humming this during work and my younger co-workers will be asking “what old one hit wonder is that?”, most days I’ll just smile, shake my head, and walk away.
