the c1 works well with them but either way you should be happy

The C2 may overwhelm your T zero's. if the room is medium size, and u r not to far from tv, get C-1.

I think you'll be fine. If the c2 is louder in comparison to the tzero then you simply reduce the gain on your xmc-2 for that channel. The c2 is larger and therefore should provide you a better center imo but both will sound good.

What about the fact that all my other speakers are 8 ohm will that be a problem. I'm pretty new to all this ohm stuff. That will not be an issue. Chad

Not a problem. Your power amp can handle both 4 ohm and 8 ohm. Remember speakers vary their impedance continously throughout their frequency response even if they are rated at 8 or 4 ohms. So amplifiers are designed to handle this change.
