I heard these at AXPONA last year and was very impressed! I was less impressed by the owner's insistence that the thing be called a "tube", which led to a longer conversation of clarification than I wanted to participate in based on his reluctance to clarify that they were not vacuum tubes. But, they sounded very nice with the speakers to which they were connected. I would love to try them with my system. |

Brilliant and original design from an aesthetic point of view, but there is certainly no technical reason whatsoever to put what is essentially a solid state power stage in a tube 😁.
What is next, a MOSFETTube? A BipolarTransistorTube?
