The Hue HDMI Sync Box is a HDMI switch that goes between your source devices (ROKU, Apple TV) and your TV screen. It extracts HDMI audio information (and perhaps video) and uses it to synchronize Phillips Hue colour LED lighting to the programming. Since my XMC-2 is my HDMI switch, I was going to get a Hue sync Box and connect it to my XMC HDMI #1 out channel (#2 out already connects to the TV screen). But I think I'll need audio present in the HDMI #1 out. Can I turn audio on, onto the HDMI #1 out? Does anyone have any experience with the Sync box? How did you connect it? Sincerely. /b www.amazon.com/gp/product/B086ZJLCTW
