I would like to know how many here are using a subwoofer with their 2channel listening interludes. If you are...Tubes? or SS?

I would like to know how many here are using a subwoofer with their 2channel listening interludes. If you are...Tubes? or SS? Many of my CD's have Low frequency passages that I never heard, simply because my mains (though they reach down lower than average) don't reach down to 15hz, where my sub. takes me. Down there, of course, it's felt rather than heard. That was a magnificent time for me, as I revisited most of my collection, looking for and often hearing for the first time, those contained low frequency passages. Bill
