MC-700 needs to be switched on twice

Hello,

I am looking for assistance here. After problemfree operation for around 2,5 years,
we expierence since a couple of weeks that our MC-700 / A-150 combi needs to be switched on twice before geving sound.

I have disconnected all HDMI inputs and the HDMI ARC ( Tv ) cable. So i have only one ( from the humax 5050c on radio ) HDMI cable connected. 
Even in this "barebone" situation the result is the same. I have to switch on twice before getting sound.

After that the combi works great.

I would appreciate some guidance. Thanks in advance

The unit completely died saturday night. It won't even switch on!

I have something similar with my brand new MC-700. About half the time, there’s no sound but turning it off and back on fixes it. I don’t know if it matters, but I’m usually using TiVo Bolt+ as the source.

Anyone else have this? Any suggestions?
