Hello - my preamp died for the 3rd time and support phone and chat are not working...and no response to email yet at 11:30am CST. Anyone know hours / best contact channels for Emotiva today? Thank you...

Probably just getting back from Christmas Holiday. Might have better luck calling them than from e-mail.
