I missed a punch line here...
Which is that fancy speaker wire is often far superior... at transferring money from the pocket of the consumer to that of the manufacturer.
Someone mentioned eye candy...
At a trade show some years ago I recall seeing speaker wires that included a spiral of fiber optic around the outside.
They actually lit up... looked rather like an audiophile version of a candy cane... and did have the benefit of being very easy to see in the dark.
(I think they actually carried sound as well... although I forgot to ask if they lit in different colors for different types of music.)
The topic is so beaten to death ☠️ I don’t know why I bother...(but then again.... I do.)
Because usually it’s funnier than the “Today’s Humor” threads!
