I have a URC Theater Master MX-500 remote that, using the learning function, I have managed to program my entire system except my Roku Ultra LT 4662RW. The Roku has the Roku "enhanced" remote, which means it operates over Wifi, but I believe it has an IR emitter as well, as it can be programmed to control a TV. However, when I try to use the learning feature on my universal remote, it does not pick up a signal from the Roku remote. My own Googling has not revealed a solution. Does anyone know how to get the Roku remote to emit IR signals or know the URC three digit code for Roku devices (or have any other ideas)? Thanks in advance, siggie

I don't have the Roku Ultra LT...just the Roku Ultra. And, I use a Harmony remote for my system. I didn't use the learning function for mine. The Harmony had an option to add the Roku remote features directly. With any luck your URC MX-500 does also. Mark

Thanks, klinemj. If there is a code for URC, I can't find it.

Thanks, klinemj. If there is a code for URC, I can't find it. I didn't need a code...the Harmony had it as an option. I don't know about the remote you have and what it offers vs. Harmony - but the Harmony (in my experience) has not needed learning or codes. It's been all in their database. I just choose it and it works. And, they are not very expensive. Maybe consider it. Mark

www.techjunkie.com/roku-remote-ir-rf/Since Roku remotes come in RF and IR models, the above linked article will tell you how to tell which type of Remote you have. If you have an RF remote, I don't think you'll be able to learn your MX-500 the commands, but maybe Roku has a remote that is IR that will work. I'm not familiar with Roku so maybe someone here that is will have more answers.

However, it seems that the it does not emit the Roku controls by IR. It looks like I can get a cheap IR Roku remote and then my URC remote can learn from that one. siggie
