Has anyone had any luck getting the new Chromecast remote to control basic functionality on an XMC-1 (volume, input, and power)? It has the ability to send IR signals, but Emotiva is not listed as one of the vendors. Is there somewhere that I can search to see if another vendors codes are similar enough to work? Alternatively, it can send CEC commands. However, it looks like the commands are getting sent to my TV even though the Chromecast is connected to HDMI 1 on the back of the XMC-1. Is there a setting to have the XMC-1 pickup the CEC codes instead of passing them on?
Any other suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks!

I ended up purchasing a Sofabaton universal remote. It works well with the XMC-1 and the Chromecast with Google TV.

Just migrated from Google Fiber as tv provider to Google's Youtube tv which required Chromecast with Google TV. I too did not find Emotiva listed in the AV Receiver list, but I did notice Emotiva was listed in the soundbar list. Upon selected, I was able to configure the Chromecast remote with control volume and mute buttons my XMC-1.

I've been using a CCGTV plugged directly into my XMC-2, with an LG C1 since July of 2021. I have it setup to use CEC controls, which for the most part works ok. On occasion, there will be a time where the input button or volume control has no response. When that happens, I power down the XMC-2 using the switch on the back, wait about a minute, then power back on and all is working again.
For daily usage, I can power EVERYTHING on using the CCGTV remote, then I usually hit the input buton once on the CCGTV remote for the XMC-2 to re-establish the HDMI handshake (I assume this is what is happening since that input goes from white to green on the OSD).
Here is something I haven't been able to figure out. If I do a search in the Android TV UI, the XMC-2 input cycles, then the search results eventually show up once the XMC-2 settles back on the correct input.
Has anyone else experienced this?
