Hey all,
before i contact Emotiva I thought I drop a quick message here and see if this problem has been encountered before. Basically on the Oled display the wording sits too low now, when using volume, I only see the top half of the word Volume. And so forth for other stuff as well like Center, Sub, Surround, Height, it all sits too low. Only see the top half of the words and the Db measurements that go along with it. The normal display mode you see of the 3 lines has sometimes the bottom line barely visible, and then there is some refresh happening and it sits just high enough to be fully visible. And then it sinks over time, next refresh maybe lol, and disappears to a varying degree of visibility. And comes up again on a refresh or whatever happens to make it rise up again.
Has my Oled display dropped lower internally? Hope it's an easy fix as it would be cost prohibitive to send the unit back to the US and then back to Australia.
Cheers Z

Hmmm never heard of this. Some displays have an orbital refresh to prevent burn in. Definitely an Emotiva Support question.

Yes, your display is definitely sitting lower than it should and you certainly need to contact Emotiva to determine the best and most efficient way to fix it. All OLED display screens have an automatic “pixel shift” function, but that isn’t the problem here. Your display probably shifted due to rough handling somewhere along the shipping process as, unless someone were either blind or incompetent, that would never have never passed QC. Good luck to you and hope you end up with a satisfactory resolution...

I just noticed it one day. But yeah I do think as well that the screen has dropped down about 15 mm or so. Might have to take a peek inside sometime and see if its loose and sitting on something as it is not on an angle, its sitting straight, probably not a difficult fix if it just has slid down , and may never have been secured properly in place. Dunno yet. Just took another picture and its sitting considerably higher right now. Way more then a pixel shift would normally be I think imgur.com/a/SWAYfBs

Could be something going on. When my unit started giving trouble, again was after 6 months of ownership, it was very sluggish. Then came up with OSD error. To cut the long story short, ended up with a replacement unit.. so contact them sooner rather than later before the whole unit fails.
