Issue: MC-700 screen turning off.

Afternoon all,

Has anyone else experienced and issue with the MC-700 display turning off? I switched it on this afternoon, it booted up shows the loading screen and after about 5 seconds goes blank (it continues to do this each time I switch it on). I still have sound but no display on the MC-700. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried cycling though the display dimmer levels using the “DIM” button on your remote...? Could be that you’ve accidentally or mistakenly set it to its lowest level (which could be “off”).

I gassed up my wife’s car for her the other night. When I got back, she complained that the interior lights were not working when she open the door. The dome light switch in the car was turned off and the poor thing had not a clue.
