I gave up the fight waiting for Emotiva to come out with a new DAC, I was hoping to upgrade from the Stealth-DC 1 but a new product never came. I ended up buying a Topping D90 because I honestly dont believe they are ever coming out with a new DAC.
Is the fate of a proper preamp the same as a proper stand alone DAC? I really liked the all analogue design of the XSP-1 plus the bass management, that was really the selling point for me. Is there ever going to be an XSP-2 or something like it? Or should I move on like I did with the DAC?
