Hello
I am the owner of the Emotiva BasX MC- 700 and was happy with this unit .
I made the upgrading of the blu-ray player to panasonic DP-UB9000G from this moment the processor has bug : no sound passing !
All the time in the MODE the "Direct " option is coming back !!
The video is OK all the time.
I disconnected and connected the HDMI (Monster ULTRAHD BLACK PLATINUM 4K HIGH-SPEED HDMI) >> NOTHING .
A disconnection of the main cable and the reloading ( frameware is v3.1.3) and reset : the unit plays the sound and video from Panasonic ( good quality), but from the standby mode all setups go back to " Direct " mode ( even the another options are red in the menu) so no sound again.
I spended hours - the problem is persist.
The EMO calibration is possible only after reloading from menu LoadDefault and disconnection of the cables and micro for 5 min !!
In the menu SpeakerSetup >Size/Crossover the option Back L/R is not keeping after exit setup...
In the menu in the option "Mode" DolbyTrueHD is red, but if I push button Menu in the remote the " Direct" is coming . ( What is this mode "Direct" 
).

Blu-ray: Panasonic DP-UB9000G1
Processor: Emotiva BasX MC-700
Amplifiers : Vincent
What to do ??
Please help !!!
