I would give it a whirl if I were in the market. If Tone Winner was good enough to build ten years worth of Emotiva amps, I'd be confident in trying their gear. Summit also has it's own name badged on a ToneWinner high power amp which looks interesting

Yeah that’s what give me a chance to believe them.
My 4 year old Denon x6400h is in service because of hdmi issue with bestbuy geek squad.
So I ordered this one to see how it goes in the mean time.

The lack of Dirac Live room correction would make this a non-starter for me if I were in the market for a processor.
