Need assistance on connections for my system

Hello, I am looking for advice on how to connect everything for best sound quality. I just pulled everything out and removed all dust bunnies, etc.

Below are the components:

Anthem MRX 1120
Plinius 9200
Lumin M1
Oppo 93
microrendu
chord qutest
cable box
sharp aquos tv

The connection answer is tricky and kind of depends on the source material you’ve collected.
HDMI is my love/hate go to for nearly everything, but I’ve been tempted to go back to digital coaxial for CD.

I don’t envy you with that cleanup.
I need to paint soon so everything here has to come apart.
