I've been following this Home DIY'er since just before the pandemic and have been getting lots of inspirational ideas from this young lady. Today she is presenting an entertainment center project, and definitely goes toward the theme of the Lounge for DIY projects. The end project is quite stunning and very doable. Enjoy!!!

Good project, the symmetry speaks to me, and good attention to detail on the cabinets. I’d be concerned about ventilation when using it with a more robust system, and was expecting she’d throw a pair of bookshelf speakers in there somewhere. My #1 peeve is that she didn’t bother to lower the TV, too high for me, see the same thing with over the fireplace TVs on all the design shows. Still, good project with a reasonable cost for the features and finish.

I would've lowered the TV as well, but I have a feeling that since it was her in-laws house and it was already there when the project began, that it was exactly where the in-laws wanted it.
